Open the OnDuty app and enter your credentials provided by your employer. If you haven't received login credentials, please contact your company administrator.
When you arrive at your duty location, open the app and tap the 'Check In' button. The app will verify your location via GPS to confirm your presence.
First, ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try updating to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If problems continue, contact support.
Tap the 'Report Incident' button in the app, fill in the details, add photos if needed, and submit. Your report will be sent to your supervisor immediately.
Go to Settings in the app menu. From there you can update your profile information. For password changes, please contact your company administrator.
